Summer is the season of the Heart—the time of year associated with clarity, connection, purpose, and the expression of our true nature. The I Ching helps illuminate what is happening beneath the surface and what may support greater harmony, clarity, and ease. During your session, you'll receive a simple I Ching divination reading centered on the question: "How can I best align with the deeper direction of my life right now?"

In Classical Chinese Medicine, the San Fu days are the hottest days of the year—a special seasonal window when the body's Yang energy is at its peak. Traditionally, warming herbal patches are applied to specific acupuncture points to help strengthen the body's resilience before the colder months arrive.
